Yes, we'll make every effort to obtain what you need if it's not available in our store.

Yes, gift certificates can be purchased in-store or over-the-phone for any amount exceeding $25. They can only be used in-store.

Lead or zinc came materials are not returnable. Uncut glass and tools can be returned for exchange or a store credit only.

The price of glass varies depending on the manufacturer, color, size, and COE. As a result, a direct answer is difficult to provide.

We can provide phone assistance for shopping and shipping is available. We do not ship internationally.

We do not perform repairs within our shop, but you are welcome to bring in the item or email us a photo, and we will take a look at it and refer you to someone who might be able to assist you.

We are a supply shop and do not offer studio work. We will happily refer you to studios and stained glass artists that do commissioned work.

We offer suncatchers and select stained glass panels for sale at our store.

Yes, we will gladly accept any stained glass supplies or glass you wish to donate. We do not take old lead or zinc came donations.
